Photo Day is a Boutique School Photography experience using a beautiful outdoor destination for your child’s portraits. We carefully choose photo locations which offer scenic variety within a close proximity, so that within only a few minutes, we can offer a selection of backgrounds & poses. Approximately 3-5 images will be posted online as proofs with 48 hours of the session. At that time, parents will receive an email with a link to a private online viewing gallery, a password and a coupon code for photo credit. The more viewers the merrier, so feel free to share the password with other relatives & friends so they also can place their own photo orders. All prices for canvas and luster photo paper prints are listed within the online gallery with many available sizes. All payments, photo proofing and ordering of prints are handled online to make the process easy and streamlined. No paper forms to return, no hassle returning unwanted proofs. Note: After reserving your time slot with Jennifer by phone, parents must use the link above to purchase the session immediately; otherwise, the time slot will remain open to anyone for booking. The time is only officially reserved when the transaction is complete. The $25 session fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. If the session is not used for any reason, such as, but no limited to, a late cancellation or no-show, only the $15 photo credit portion of the session fee will remain in tact and can still be used as credit for a printed photo product of a separately scheduled family photo session at a later date. This $25 session fee is a special rate that is available only for this Photo Day program.

Photo Day Details
Sibling Photos: The session fee is $25 per child. In addition to taking individual portraits of each child, siblings who are also within the same school program (not younger, non-school age children) will be scheduled to take a few photos together. As a perk, an additional $5 of photo credit per child will be given to spend during ordering. (For example: In addition to the $15 that automatically comes with each session purchased, an extra $5 will be awarded, totaling $20 of photo credit per child.) Please advise us of the number of siblings to be photographed when you call to select your photo time slot. Each child will be scheduled in consecutive time slots. Parents will receive a special coupon code for the appropriate amount of photo credit in an informational email which will be made available at the time that the proofs go online for viewing. Siblings will have all their photos displayed in the same online viewing gallery to make ordering easy. Important: Please list each child’s name in the “+Add Note to Studio” section during check out, so that we are made aware to schedule them for sibling photo group shots.

To pay for the session: All bookings are done online through a website link that will be sent via email or text to each parent after they have called Jennifer to select a time.

Online Viewing of Photo Proofs: Approximately 3-5 color images/proofs (with black & white options) will be posted online in a private viewing gallery within 48 hours of the photo session date. An email with a link to the private online gallery, a password, and coupon code to spend the $15 photo credit will be emailed to the parent’s email address on file. The gallery will be active for 10 consecutive days and will expire thereafter. Orders should be placed within the 10 day time period.
Ordering Photos & Products: We offer a variety of products such as canvas, metal prints, and lustre paper in a variety of sizes. All ordering of photos is done through the online viewing gallery. Parents will have 3-5 images/proofs to browse through. Photo products can be ordered a la carte or as a package for a better deal. A full list of prices and sizes are listed online within the private proofing gallery. Click on a photo to enlarge it, then click the “Buy Photo” button in the upper right corner to view all the sizes, prices, and printing surfaces available. A flat rate of $4 shipping will be added during checkout, regardless of size or quantity of photos ordered. See “Shipping” info below for further details. Sales tax applies to all orders of tangible products.
How to use Photo Credit: $15 of photo credit is useable like cash! (Note: Can not be redeemed for cash reimbursement and non-transferrable.) Applicable toward any photo print(s) or photo package. Our goal in giving credit is to allow parents to have full options to purchase as little or as much as desired. The customer may opt to spend more than the allotment of photo credit and simply pay the difference for the overage. Or, a customer can spend within the photo credit allotment, including sales tax and shipping, and not have to pay a cent more. IMPORTANT: Any unused portion of photo credit will become forfeit. The code is for one-time-use and for this photo session only. The customer must remember to input the code during checkout. If forgotten, the transaction can not be reversed for reimbursement. However, the credit may still be used for an additional separate purchase from this same photo session. The online gallery will expire after 10 days; the unused photo credit will expire also.
Photo Packages: These are a collection of items and prints of varying sizes and quantities, offered at a reduced price as opposed to purchasing the same items a la carte. Packages include everything from general print sizes to a personalized photo books. Photo credit can be used toward the price of any Photo Package. You only order after you have viewed the edited proofs and decide on your favorite poses. There are no limits to poses that can be selected; simply select however many different images that you want to fulfill the allotted sizes and quantities within the package.
Order Turnaround Time: Production time is up to 5 business days from the date that the customer placed the order. We use professional photo-labs to process all photo printing. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.
Shipping: A special low-cost flat rate of $4 shipping will be added during checkout, regardless of size or quantity of photos ordered. (Example: Order two 5x7 luster photo paper prints = $4, OR order a 16x20 canvas print = still only $4.) Sibling photos will be posted as one online viewing gallery to make ordering easy and to allow for only one shipping charge to be assessed to the total. Typical shipping time frames are 3-5 business days, plus up to 5 business days for photo-lab production time frame.
